To introduce businesses to finance specialists we handle information about businesses and the people connected with them. This policy covers the people side, personal information, which is what data protection law protects. That can be anyone connected with a business we deal with or contact, directors, owners, staff in any role, representatives, guarantors, advisers, and anyone who gets in touch with us or is involved in a finance application in any way. This policy explains what information we hold, where it comes from, what we do with it, and the rights you have over it.
All In Finance is a trading style of All In Finance Ltd (company number 17301145), registered office Wild Acre, Wilmots Lane, Horne, Horley, England, RH6 9JR. Registered in England and Wales. We introduce limited companies, LLPs and partnerships of four or more partners to third-party finance specialists for unregulated commercial finance, and are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (registration number ZC182411). If you have any question about this policy or your information, contact us at hello@allinfinance.co.uk or by post to our registered office.
Depending on how you deal with us, this can include:
We use the information to identify and contact businesses that may benefit from our service, find out what finance they are looking for, carry out identity, sanctions and similar checks before making an introduction, introduce them to third-party specialists, pass information between them and the specialist where needed, keep proper records, and meet our legal responsibilities. We do not sell personal information.
Some providers may store information outside the UK; where that happens, safeguards recognised by UK law (such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses) apply.
We contact companies about business finance by email, and may also do so by phone, post or other channels. We only direct this at businesses, never consumers. Every marketing email tells you who we are and how to opt out, and opting out is always free and immediate. When you opt out we add your details to a suppression list, a do-not-contact record we keep indefinitely so we never market to you again.
We take reasonable and proportionate steps to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse and unauthorised access, and we expect the same care from the providers and partners we work with. Please take care when sending us sensitive documents, if in doubt, ask us about a secure way to send them.
You can ask us: for a copy of the information we hold about you; to correct it; to delete it; to restrict or object to our use of it (including objecting to marketing at any time); and to transfer it. To exercise any right, contact us at hello@allinfinance.co.uk. We will respond within one month, or tell you within that month if a complex request needs longer.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you have the right to complain to us directly, email hello@allinfinance.co.uk or write to our registered office, and we will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and tell you the outcome. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF).
